Already convinced? Skip to pricing ↓Before any pitch, the arithmetic. Indian D2C loses money at two predictable moments: the checkout that never completes, and the COD parcel that never delivers. Both are recoverable — almost nobody runs the system to recover them.
Typical industry figures, shown to size the problem — not claims about this product.
Nine stages. Two leaks. Two recoveries. The ledger keeps score as you scroll — and once you run your own numbers below, it keeps score in your numbers.
Stage 01 / 09
A buyer taps your ad. CAC is now spent. From this second on, every step either converts that spend into revenue — or leaks it.
Illustrative monthly figures for a mid-size D2C brand — sized to show the mechanics, not to promise outcomes.

Pick your category, drop in four numbers from your dashboard. The ledger above — and your pricing below — will update to reflect them.
Typical estimates based on category-level recovery ranges — not a guarantee. Your rates depend on offer, AOV, list quality and follow-through. These figures also already apply a ~50% real-world delivery discount, since not every WhatsApp marketing-category message lands — this is meant to be a realistic number, not a best-case one.
Not a feature list — a build sequence. Two ways to run it: hand the prompt pack to Claude AI and let it build the schema and triggers directly against your accounts, or read the Blueprint and build it yourself. Most buyers use the AI Setup Agent — the Blueprint is what backs it up.
Revenue at risk right now: ₹0 (≈ ₹0/yr)
Store event → database trigger → template send → buyer's phone. Claude AI wires this signal line for you — you just connect the accounts.
Phase I — Foundation
The operating logic: where D2C revenue leaks, in what order to plug each leak, and how to prioritise by rupee impact instead of by what's fashionable.
Phase II — Recovery flows
The multi-touch WhatsApp sequence — timing, message logic, objection handling and offer laddering — that turns dead checkouts into completed orders.
The automated loop that catches "customer unavailable / address issue / refused" the moment the courier raises it, and forces a reattempt before RTO becomes final.
Pre-ship intent confirmation on WhatsApp that filters fake and flaky COD orders before you pay to ship them.
Confirmation, dispatch and out-for-delivery nudges that keep the buyer expecting the parcel — the quiet flows that cut refusal at the door.
Phase III — Infrastructure
A ready-made Claude Project + prompt sequence. Connect Claude to your Supabase and Razorpay accounts and it builds the data model, triggers, and webhook wiring directly — no copy-pasting SQL by hand. Backed by a full architecture doc if you ever want to inspect or run it manually.
Phase IV — Execution
The step-by-step deployment order written for operators, not engineers — the manual path, and the reference doc Claude follows when running the Setup Agent. Walks you through the two things only you can do: WhatsApp template approval and Razorpay activation.
Approval-ready message templates for every flow above — cart recovery, COD verification, NDR reattempts, order updates — written for Indian buyers.
The tracking layer that proves recovery in rupees — so you know what the system paid back, not just that it "sent messages." Claude builds the dashboard itself from your data, using a second prompt pack included with the OS, and you can ask Claude to re-shape or add to it any day you want — it's not a static template you're stuck with.
Phase V — Retention (bonus)
A teaser layer of retention automation — repeat-purchase nudges and win-back templates — included with the Blueprint so day-one buyers aren't starting from zero on retention.
The full build — segmentation, LTV scoring, lifecycle flows and CRM setup — is the Recovery OS Audit + LTV Engine, ₹1,999/- →
Not a mockup gallery — actual screens from the actual build. Video walkthrough is still a placeholder; swap that in before this page goes live.
Supabase order-recovery schema — the actual table structure behind the automation.
An AIsensy WhatsApp template in the wild — a real, approved cart-recovery message.
The KPI tracking behind the numbers on this page — spend, revenue and ROI, by flow.
This system wasn't written for a course. It was built to stop a real brand's leaks — then documented, numbers included.
WhatsApp was the leak nobody on my team was measuring — carts we'd already spent ad money to bring in, going cold at 3% recovered. I built the exact system in this OS on Beards & Shears: Supabase tracking every event, AIsensy running the sequences. Recovery went from 3% to 20%, RTO dropped from 40% to 15%, and monthly recovered revenue went from ~₹15,000 to ~₹1.8L. After paid ads, this is the highest-ROI channel we run — automation is what made it repeatable, not one good campaign.
Claude connects to Supabase and Razorpay, deploys the schema, and AIsensy templates go in for approval — no manual SQL.
Cart recovery and NDR reattempt flows switch on; first automated recoveries start logging in the KPI dashboard.
Recovery settles into a repeatable monthly number — the point this case study's metrics are measured from.
₹499/- once. Here is exactly what crosses the table — and exactly what protects you if it isn't for you.
Who this isn't for
Before the price — here's the honest comparison, so ₹499/- means something when you see it.
| Freelancer | Agency retainer | Recovery OSThis is us | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upfront cost | ₹15,000–40,000/- | ₹0–10,000/- setup | ₹499/- |
| Ongoing cost | None, usually | ₹30,000–60,000/- / month | ₹0 — you own it outright |
| Time to live | 2–4 weeks, depends on availability | 3–6 weeks, plus onboarding | A day or two — AI builds it, approvals set the pace |
| You own the system | Sometimes — depends on contract | Rarely — flows live in their tools | Always — it's yours, documented |
| If they disappear | You're stuck mid-build | Flows usually go dark | Nothing changes — you have the SOP |
Instrument № 01 — Recovery
How soon will you recover this expense?
At your numbers, the Blueprint pays for itself in about less than a day of what you're currently leaking. With the AI Setup Agent doing the technical build, most buyers connect their accounts and go live within a day or two — the WhatsApp template and Razorpay approval steps set the actual pace.
UPI · Cards · Netbanking — via Razorpay · delivered to your email
₹499/- covers the system itself. Your AIsensy/WhatsApp BSP plan and per-message costs are separate, billed directly to you — same as any WhatsApp automation tool.
On our own build this step took a full day by hand. The Setup Agent does it directly against your connected accounts — no manual planning.
The one step no AI can skip: creating your AiSensy account and getting WhatsApp Business verified. Typically 1–2 hours — Meta's pace, not ours.
Feed it your AiSensy API key and approved templates, and it builds the Supabase schema, triggers, and webhooks against your live accounts.
Every tier below includes everything in the one before it. What changes is who builds it, how deep, and on how many channels — priced roughly to match the hours it actually takes.
Audit + LTV Engine + Custom Architecture
We audit your actual funnel and order data, build your complete LTV & Retention Engine, and hand you a Custom Architecture plan mapped to your exact stack. You get the full design — down to the last trigger — and implement it yourself using the SOP.
Priced for roughly a week of hands-on audit and planning work — yours to keep, however you implement it.
How soon will you recover this expense?
At your numbers, this tier costs about ~2 days of what you're currently leaking. Delivered in 5–7 working days; you implement from there using the SOP.
Custom Architecture, Built & Implemented
Everything in The Architecture Note — plus we build and deploy it ourselves. Supabase schema, AIsensy flows, templates, dashboard: live on your store, not handed to you as a document.
Priced for the 2–3 weeks of hands-on build time it actually takes to implement this on your store.
How soon will you recover this expense?
At your numbers, this tier costs about ~6 days of your monthly leak. We implement end to end — typically live within 2–3 weeks, with first recoveries visible within days of go-live.
Full Implementation + Growth Retainer
Everything in The Deployment — expanded across every channel that matters, run by a dedicated team that keeps optimizing it monthly instead of walking away after launch.
₹15,000–30,000/- builds it; a monthly retainer (scoped per engagement) keeps a real team running it — see "Ongoing cost" in the comparison above for what that replaces.
How soon will you recover this expense?
At your numbers, the build alone costs about ~12 days of your monthly leak — then it keeps paying you back every month after that as a running system.
You'll notice there's no countdown timer on this page and no "only 3 left" counter. A revenue-recovery system doesn't need theatre — here's what protects you either way.
Go through the Blueprint. If it isn't worth ₹499/- to your brand, reply to your delivery email within seven days and the money comes back. No forms, no exit interview.
Access arrives on your email — and on WhatsApp, fittingly — immediately after payment clears.
Checkout runs on Razorpay's hosted, PCI-compliant flow. Your card and UPI details never touch this website.
No. You just need accounts created (both are free to start). Connect them to the Claude AI Setup Agent and it builds the schema and AIsensy configuration directly — you're not hand-typing SQL. If you already use a different WhatsApp BSP, the flows and templates port over — the logic is identical, only the buttons differ.
Neither, really — it's two things. The main one is the Claude AI Setup Agent: a prompt pack that has Claude build the system directly against your connected accounts. The Blueprint document — architecture, workflows, SOPs, 50+ ready templates — is the backup: what Claude follows, and what you'd use to build it by hand if you'd rather. Delivered digitally, immediately after payment.
An agency charges ₹30,000–60,000/- a month to run flows it won't show you. This is the flows themselves, built by Claude AI against your own accounts — the same architecture we'd deploy in a done-for-you build — for ₹499/-, with you owning every piece. If you'd rather not implement it yourself, the value ladder above has that option too.
Yes — that's the point of the AI Setup Agent. You connect Claude to your Supabase and Razorpay accounts and it does the technical build; you're approving actions, not writing code. The two steps no AI can skip — WhatsApp template approval and Razorpay activation — are both point-and-click business verification, walked through in the SOP. If you'd rather hand off everything including those steps, that's the Full Implementation option.
The mechanics — cart recovery on WhatsApp, COD verification, NDR reattempt loops — are category-agnostic. Recovery rates differ (the calculator above shows typical ranges by category), but the two leaks exist in every COD-heavy Indian D2C category we've seen.
Both, at different depths. The ₹499/- Blueprint includes a starter layer of post-purchase and LTV flows so you're not starting from zero on retention. The full retention engine — segmentation, lifecycle automation, complete CRM setup — is the Audit + LTV Engine upsell.
No — the ₹499/- covers the system: the AI Setup Agent, architecture, and templates. Sending the actual WhatsApp messages happens through your own AIsensy (or other BSP) account, which has its own plan and per-conversation cost billed by Meta — the same as any WhatsApp automation tool, ours or otherwise. Most D2C stores running a few hundred recoveries a month spend a small fraction of what they recover on messaging costs, but it's a separate, ongoing line item you should budget for.
Those are the pipes, not the plumbing. AiSensy sends messages; Klaviyo sends email/SMS — neither ships the abandoned-cart and NDR/RTO logic, the Supabase event tracking, or the trigger sequencing that decides when and what to send. This is the system that sits on top of the tool you already have and tells it what to do. If you're on a different BSP already, the flows and templates port over — the logic's identical, only the buttons differ.
Yes — every purchase gets an automatic payment receipt via Razorpay, emailed to you immediately. GST is not currently charged, as turnover is below the registration threshold.
Seven days from purchase, unconditional. Reply to your delivery email saying it isn't for you, and the amount paid is returned to your original payment method. No questions beyond what's needed to process it.
