D2C Revenue Recovery OS is a digital information product: a system document, implementation guide, WhatsApp message templates, and related materials describing an abandoned-cart and NDR/RTO recovery architecture built on Supabase and AIsensy. Higher tiers additionally include an audit, a custom architecture plan, and/or hands-on implementation services, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
This is not a guarantee of specific revenue outcomes. Figures shown on the site (recovery ranges, timelines) are typical estimates based on industry data and the inputs you provide — actual results depend on your offer, execution, and market conditions.
Digital products are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes of successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and check your spam/promotions folder.
For tiers that include implementation or consulting services, delivery timelines are as stated in that tier's description on the pricing page and may be adjusted by mutual agreement based on scope.
All payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). A payment receipt is issued automatically after every purchase. GST is not currently charged, as turnover is below the GST registration threshold — this may change if that changes.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All materials — the system document, templates, architecture diagrams, and any custom deliverables — remain the intellectual property of Zubin Sharma. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the materials as your own product.
Nothing in this product constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp automation, customer data, and marketing communications complies with applicable law, including India's data protection and consumer protection regulations and Meta/WhatsApp's own platform policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zubin Sharma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this product, including lost revenue or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant tier.
From time to time, we may revise or expand the product content (templates, SOPs, dashboard framework). If we do, we may announce the update and share it with existing buyers — but this is done at our discretion and is not a guarantee of ongoing updates, a fixed update schedule, or lifetime access to future versions. Your purchase entitles you to the version of the product delivered to you at checkout. We may also update these Terms — continued use of the product after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, India.
