Refund & Cancellation Policy

We'd rather state this plainly than bury it: no forms, no exit interview, no fine-print tricks. If a tier isn't refundable once work has started, that's stated here up front — not discovered after the fact.

1. Blueprint tier — ₹999/-

Fully refundable within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked beyond what's needed to process it. Reply to your delivery email or write to us saying it isn't for you, and the amount paid is returned to your original payment method — typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank/card issuer.

2. Audit + LTV Engine + Custom Architecture — ₹2,999/-

Refundable in full before the audit is delivered. Once the audit report and custom architecture plan have been delivered, the tier is non-refundable, since the deliverable — analysis and a plan specific to your store — has already been completed and handed over.

3. Custom Architecture, Built & Implemented — ₹9,999/-

Refundable in full if implementation has not yet started. Once we begin building on your store (Supabase setup, AIsensy configuration), the tier becomes non-refundable, though we will work with you to resolve any implementation issues at no extra cost during the 30-day priority support window.

4. Full Implementation + Growth Retainer — ₹25,000–50,000/-

Refund and cancellation terms for this tier are agreed in writing before work begins, since scope and payment structure (one-time vs. milestone-based) are customized per engagement. Monthly retainer components can be cancelled with 30 days' notice for the following billing cycle.

5. Order bumps

The LTV & Retention Engine starter kit (+₹499/-) and Personal Audit (+₹799/-) bumps follow the refund terms of the tier they were added to. If the base Blueprint is refunded within its 7-day window, any bumps purchased alongside it are refunded too.

7. How to request a refund

Reply to your delivery email, or use our Contact Us page, with your order reference (the payment ID shown on your confirmation page). We aim to acknowledge every refund request within 48 hours.

8. Cancellations

One-time purchases (Blueprint, Audit + LTV Engine + Custom Architecture, Custom Architecture Built & Implemented) are single transactions with no recurring billing — there is nothing to "cancel" beyond requesting a refund within the applicable window. The Growth Retainer tier is the only recurring component and can be cancelled per the terms in Section 4.
